High-Bay Storage Systems
The proposed warehouse system is dedicated to the metal industry and other sectors where production materials require large storage areas. It can be additionally equipped with a device for storing and briquetting production waste, as well as a section for turning checkered sheets before they are released from the warehouse.
Our warehouse system also allows inventory levels and the consumption of production materials for specific orders to be tracked.
Parameters
The operating parameters of our machines are adapted to the type of stored material. Example parameters for a sheet metal storage system:
- Maximum sheet size: 2 × 3 m;
- Maximum load per level: 2.5 t.
Application
Our machines are used in the following processes:
- Multi-level storage of sheet metal and long materials. The system can be implemented together with a turntable, inventory records and stock tracking functionality.
