CNC Machining Services
Our company offers advanced services in precise CNC turning and milling. We specialize in machining a wide range of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, non-ferrous metals and plastics. Thanks to the use of modern technologies and a specialized machine park, we are able to meet even the most demanding project requirements.
Scope of Services Offered:
- CNC Turning: we carry out orders with a maximum turning diameter of up to 470 mm, turning length of up to 1,590 mm and material diameter over the tool of up to 680 mm.
- CNC Milling: we offer milling of parts with maximum dimensions of 1000 × 600 × 550 mm.
- Additional Services: our offer also includes slotting, saw cutting and the organization of large-scale and chemical machining in cooperation with trusted partners.
Our Machine Park: We have two key types of CNC machine tools:
TBI VC 1060 F Vertical Milling and Drilling Center: a four-axis machine ensuring high product quality.
TBI VT 470 Lathe: equipped with driven tools, guaranteeing 100% repeatability.
