Palletizer and Depalletizer
The offered palletizing system is designed to form and stack individual products as well as grouped packaging on a transport unit. Depending on the configuration, it can operate in an automatic cycle – without the need for additional handling – or in a semi-automatic cycle, where the operator sets the direction of the head movement.
We also equip our systems with auxiliary devices, including units for removing interlayers between product layers and between individual products.
Parameters
The operating parameters of our machines are tailored individually to the customer’s needs. For this purpose, the ordering party should specify:
- Required machine operating cycle – automatic or semi-automatic;
- Transport standard – presence of interlayers, dimensions of the transported product;
- Area intended for palletizing.
Application
Our machines are used in the following processes:
- Palletizing – individual items are transported to the machine, then arranged, stacked and formed into successive layers;
- Depalletizing – the machine is located at the beginning of the production line, where delivered items are unpacked and fed onto the production line.
