Project Information: Zakład Usług Technicznych Jerzy Kunzek is implementing a project entitled “Ergonomics and Flexibility – Adaptation of the Working Environment at ZUT Kunzek”.

The project is co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund Plus under the regional programme European Funds for Podkarpackie 2021–2027, PRIORITY 7 FEPK.07 Human Capital Ready for Change, ACTION FEPK.07.08 Support for Adaptation and Modernisation Processes of Employees and Entrepreneurs.

Target Group
The target group of the project is Zakład Usług Technicznych Jerzy Kunzek and its 64 employees, including people aged 50 and over, older people aged 60 and over, women, people with disabilities and people with special needs.
Project Objective
The main objective of the project is to adapt the working environment of Zakład Usług Technicznych Jerzy Kunzek to the needs of various groups of employees, in particular women, people aged 50 and over, older people aged 60 and over, people with disabilities and people with special needs, as well as to the needs of the employer. The project also aims to promote pro-environmental behaviour within the company by providing support to at least 64 people by 30 June 2026.
The main objective will be achieved through the following specific objectives:
- Adaptation of workplaces to ergonomic requirements
- Adaptation of workplaces to the needs of various groups of employees, in particular women, older people aged 60 and over, people aged 50 and over, people with special needs and people with disabilities
- Creation of remote workstations and implementation of remote/hybrid work, enabling employees to regularly perform work outside the workplace and supporting them in balancing professional and private life
- Creation of the company’s “Green Policy”
Tasks Implemented Under the Project
Task 1: Adaptation of the working environment and retrofitting of employee workstations at Zakład Usług Technicznych Jerzy Kunzek – retrofitting of 64 workstations
Task 2: Creation of remote workstations and implementation of remote/hybrid work at Zakład Usług Technicznych Jerzy Kunzek – creation of 12 remote workstations
Task 3: Creation of the “Green Policy” of Zakład Usług Technicznych Jerzy Kunzek
Planned Project Results
- Number of employers supported in improving the working environment – 1 employer.
- Number of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises supported – 1 enterprise.
- Number of people who, as a result of support in the area of outplacement/improvement of the working environment, took up employment or continued employment – 64 people.
Recruitment
We would like to inform you that recruitment of project participants will be conducted. Employees will be informed about the recruitment date directly by their managers. Recruitment for the project will last 2 weeks. During this time, recruitment documents may be submitted at the Project Office located at ul. Książąt Czartoryskich 28, 37-522 Szówsko.
Recruitment documents will be provided directly to employees by their managers. Documents may only be submitted within the designated recruitment period. Recruitment of participants is closed and is addressed exclusively to employees of Zakład Usług Technicznych Jerzy Kunzek from the Podkarpackie Voivodeship. Employees will be recruited for the support planned under the project in accordance with the scope of their duties and the equipment and workstations assigned to them. Recruitment will be carried out in an impartial and transparent manner, in accordance with the principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, regardless of race, ethnic or social origin, disability, religion or belief, sexual orientation or any other factors that could potentially lead to discrimination.
