Slat Conveyor for a Customer from the Glass Industry
Our customers from the glass industry include both the largest glass product manufacturers in the world and smaller glassworks operating on the domestic market.
We had the opportunity to deliver many machines to our customer in Krosno, Podkarpackie Voivodeship, including row stackers and conveyors for transporting products and glass cullet.
Today, we present slat conveyors that were installed on the cold-end line for glasses manufactured at the plant.

Key Design Assumptions
During the design process, we had to meet a number of customer expectations:
- adaptation of the slat conveyors to the existing technological line,
- adjustment to the production hall layout and the existing plant layout,
- simple and compact machine design,
- overall improvement of work ergonomics.

Implementation Results
The designed and installed machines transport the manufactured glasses along the production line between individual machines at the customer’s facility.
High-quality workmanship ensures reliable system operation, and if service support is needed, we support the customer both during the warranty period and as part of post-warranty services.
It is also worth noting that before the glasses reach the slat conveyors, the row stacker manufactured by us transfers the glasses from the annealing lehr belt directly onto the transport system.

For Those Less Familiar: What Is a Slat Conveyor?
A slat conveyor is a specialized machine designed for continuous product transport. Its key task is to move goods efficiently, especially in situations requiring a change in transport direction or height.
In the glass industry, slat conveyors are an important element of modern production lines. Thanks to smooth and stable operation, they enable the transport of glass packaging with minimal risk of damage or scratching.
Solutions of this type can be adapted to various production requirements – in terms of length, shape and the configuration of the entire transport system.
