Blow-Off Unit with Turning Function
The blow-off unit is an important machine used to remove mechanical contaminants in the process preceding palletizing. The transported glass packaging is positioned at appropriate intervals, then turned, blown off and returned to its original position. The presence of our machine on the production line does not require stoppages or slowing down of the conveyor line, and it has its own compressed air generator for the blow-off process.
Parameters
The operating parameters of the machine are tailored individually to the capacity of the production line. For this purpose, the ordering party should specify:
- Required line capacity;
- Dimensions, shape and weight of the transported packaging;
- Area intended for the blow-off unit – production hall layout.
