Bottle Orienter
The offered orienter is used to correctly position non-round glass packaging before the next stages of production, such as marking, blow inspection and palletizing. It ensures continuous operation in automatic mode.
The row divider separates a stream of products on the technological line into several rows, for example before inspection machines or before the palletizing process. The machine operates in automatic mode, requires no production stoppages or line slowdowns, and divides products into rows according to preset parameters.
Parameters
The operating parameters of the machine are tailored individually to the capacity of the production line. For this purpose, the ordering party should specify:
- Required line capacity;
- Dimensions, shape and weight of the transported packaging;
- Preferred place of machine installation – technological line layout.
