Product Coating Unit
We offer a machine installed on the production line that applies an emulsion to improve glass properties during transport. Depending on the customer’s preferences, we offer coating units that spray from above or from below. In addition, we provide emulsion preparation stations and systems for dosing the appropriate amount to achieve the desired surface quality.

Our machines operate on cold-end lines, starting from the lehr, through the transport of packaging via inspection and sorting machines, all the way to palletizing and warehousing. Based on our many years of experience, we offer customers transport line concepts based on slat, modular, mesh, roller, shaft and chain conveyors with various parameters, as well as auxiliary machines operating in automatic mode.
